TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
We Brighton and Hove Pub Company Limited do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton and Hove City Council for the variation of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as The Wine Cellar Brighton, 17 Marlborough Place, Brighton, BN1 1UB, for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises:
1 – Off sales to pre-existing customers or walk in customers.
2 – All off sales to be sold in unopened sealed containers.
3 – All off sales of alcohol is limited to wine, sparkling wine and champagne.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should email EHL.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or write to Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP, no later than midnight on Thursday 17 October 2024 with a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
