TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I, David Miney, do hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to Brighton and Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex for the grant of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as BINCHO, 63 Preston Street, Brighton, BN1 2HE, for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises:

SALE BY RETAIL OF ALCOHOL ON THE PREMISES MONDAY TO SUNDAY 12pm – 3pm and 5pm – 11pm

Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, should send to Head of Planning and Public Protection, Health and Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP, no later than 26 JUNE 2020 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is currently £5000 [level 5].
