I/We HOVE FITNESS CLUB do hereby give notice that it is my/ our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the (delete as appropriate) grant / *provisional statement / variation of a premises licence or club premises certificate to use or permit the use of premises known as HOVE FITNESS CLUB 2 ST HELLIER’S AVENUE, HOVE, EAST SUSSEX, BN3 5RE or the following licensable activities/ proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises: THE RETAIL SALE OF ALCOHOL(ON THE PREMISE ONLY) ON MONDAYS TO SUNDAYS 1200 TO 2200
*In the case of an application for a provisional statement, representations are restricted after the issue of a provisional statement
Any person who desires to make a representation to the (delete as appropriate) grant, provisional statement, variation, should send to EHL.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 0000 HOURS 02/05/2024 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
