A 14-year-old schoolboy has been robbed in Portslade.
The victim was approached by two other boys at about 4.40pm on Monday 12 September in Valley Road.
The two boys held the victim by the arm and demanded money. He handed over a small amount of cash and the offenders left.
One of the offenders was described as black, wearing a white chequered hooded jumper, and the other was described as white, wearing a red hooded jumper. Both of them were aged about 16 years old.
Detective Constable Andy Beaumont, of Brighton and Hove CID, said: “This was a particularly distressing incident for the young victim and I would appeal for anyone with information to come forward.”
