Police have issued a public plead for help to trace a man suspected of spraying graffiti around Hove over the past few weeks.
Sussex Police said: “Police want to trace this man in the image in connection with reports of graffiti tags being spray painted in Hove in the past two weeks.
“The tag MASE was daubed on a tennis club pavilion in Dyke Road Park in Dyke Road on (Monday) 14 October and then another MASE tag appeared on a telephone exchange box in Brunswick Place on (Monday) 21 October.”
PC Dave Glenister said: “We would like to hear from anyone who knows who this person is or has any information about him or the tags.
“Although there are two distinct tag styles used, we believe the same person is responsible.”
Sussex Police added: “Anyone who can help the investigation, should report online or ring 101 quoting serial 106 of 24/10.”
I am tired travelling through Brighton and Hove and constantly seeing graffiti painted or sprayed everywhere. The problem appears to be increasing and destroying the beauty of the town.
