A tree has fallen on to a car in Sackville Road, Hove, this afternoon.
A Brighton and Hove City Council spokesman said that members of its arboriculture team have been dealing with the fallen tree.
It is the second tree in Sackville Road to have come down in high winds this year.
On Saturday 10 August a tree was toppled during a storm and crashed across Sackville Road north of the railway line.
