The weathers on the turn and we have been spoilt so far with the higher than normal temperatures for this time of year, but December is on the horizon and it’s going to get a tad colder.
One of the best plans of action is to head to The Western pub near Churchill Square in Brighton on Monday 3rd December and climb up their seventeen steps to their first floor and snuggle up to around 59 other people, whilst being entertained by four music artists, whilst you sip your tipple of vodka, craft beers or wine.
That’ll be enough to warm you up, whilst you chill out on their sofas and chairs, without the worry of strobe lighting.
On the bill that evening will be:
Austerity
– Anarcho post-punk from round these ends. Dance Dance Revolution.
Listen to Austerity HERE.
Kelly Kemp
– Windswept country punk from wildest Southsea. Always a treat.
Listen to Kelly Kemp HERE.
Instant Bin
– Bass and drums post-punk duo from down the road. Bad at descriptions.
Listen to Instant Bin HERE.
i-thou
– Cripped out softie queercore for the Chthulucene.
Listen to i-thou HERE.
There’s a suggested donation of £5 per person, but no-one turned away for lack of funds, capacity permitting.
Doors 7:30, first act on about 8.
