A man threatened a shop assistant with a knife in Hove before escaping with cash.
The man entered the One Stop shop in Nevill Road around 9.30pm on Sunday (23 September).
He jumped over the counter, threatened the assistant and took money from three tills, using one of the store’s carrier bags to put it into. He then jumped back over the counter and left the shop.
He is described as white, around 5ft 6in, of stocky build and in his late thirties.
He was wearing a black fleece zip up jacket, khaki green jogging bottoms, black trainers and light blue North Face beanie hat. His face was masked by material.
Police would particularly like to speak to a man who filmed the incident and is believed to have left the front of the shop in a car shortly afterwards.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or saw anything suspicious in the area on Sunday evening is asked to report online or call 101 quoting serial 1208 of 23/09.
The shop was robbed at gunpoint in February 2016. The suspect, who wore a motorcycle helmet and distinctive Christmas jumper, has never been caught.
