The Sussex Sharks are back in Vitality Blast action tonight (Thursday 12 July) for the first of two back-to-back fixtures.
And Chris Jordan, back from England duty, is ready to return to the bowling attack, replacing George Garton in the 13-man squad.
With wins at Essex and Glamorgan in their opening two fixtures, the Sharks top the T20 table.
Now they aim to make it three in a row at the Ageas Bowl against Hampshire in a match due to start at 7pm.
And tomorrow (Friday 13 July) the Sharks will be back in Hove for their first home fixture in the T20 Blast when Surrey are the visitors.
Other than Jordan’s inclusion, head coach Jason Gillespie has named an unchanged squad.
Tymal Mills and Stiaan van Zyl remain unavailable through injury.
Despite Hampshire’s opening defeat to Glamorgan, tonight’s hosts remain one of the competition’s favourites.
Gillespie said: “We’ve had two tough away fixtures against top opposition and Hampshire will be no different.
“They’ll be looking to bounce back from their defeat against Glamorgan and have a number of outstanding T20 players, so we will have to be wary.
“We’ve prepared well and are learning from every game and as an added bonus we have CJ back in the squad after his time with England.”
