A 27-year-old man has been re-arrested on suspicion of murdering Craig Palmer, 39, in Russell Square, Brighton, on Saturday 15 January.
Detectives from the Sussex Police Major Crime Branch re-arrested the suspect this morning.
He is currently in custody while detectives prepare to interview him.
After his previous arrest he was released on police bail on Wednesday 19 January, four days after Mr Palmer’s body was found.
Two homeless men, John Battams, 40, and Mike Zur, 28, have already been charged with Mr Palmer’s murder.
The pair are currently in custody awaiting a plea and case management hearing at Lewes Crown Court on Friday 8 April.
Two other men previously arrested and bailed, aged 37 and 27, remain on bail until Friday 4 March and Tuesday 15 March respectively.
