Police officers are talking to a woman who is sitting dangling her legs from the balcony of a top floor flat in Hove.
The alarm was raised at 11.12am on Wednesday (May 3) when the woman was spotted at the block of flats in Clarendon Road. She has been screaming and shouting and has refused to answer the door to the flat.
