A 16-year-old boy has been arrested and bailed after two men were stabbed in the centre of Brighton.
Sussex Police: “Police were called to the Old Steine in Brighton around 1.30am on Saturday (14 May) to reports two men had been stabbed.
“A 22-year-old man from Brighton suffered a stab wound to his stomach and a 42-year-old man, also from Brighton, suffered a wound to his thigh.
“The 22-year-old was taken to hospital where he remains.
“A 16-year-old boy from Brighton has been arrested on suspicion of two counts of GBH (grievous bodily harm) with intent and has been bailed until (Saturday) 16 July while investigations continue.
“Anyone who saw what happened is asked to contact police on 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk quoting serial 26 of 14/05.”
