1) Liam Rosenior told Brighton and Hove News how much he is enjoying his transition from full back to attacking midfielder. Rosenior said: “When I am defending and we score I’m thinking, how can I keep it tight? When I’m attacking I am thinking, how can I create? How can I help the team create? It’s a total shift in mindset which I am enjoying.
2 Rosenior is eager to break his goal duck – telling us that he is working on his shooting and positioning in training.
3 The former Hull defender also recalled the few times he has played at Elland Road, remembering the intense atmosphere and the fact that Leeds v Hull was considered a derby match.
4 ) Albion boss Chris Hughton told @bhcitynews he has used the two week international break the best way he can, giving players some days off and working with those who haven’t featured that regularly.
5) Hughton also told us that players such as Danny Holla, Rohan Ince and Connor Goldson do understand that as the team are playing so well it is difficult for them to get into the squad and he has had conversations with some players about their lack of involvement. However, the Albion boss said: “I can categorically say the level of training from those players outside the first team has been excellent.”
