Brighton and Hove City Council is asking households to put out their rubbish for collection despite today’s strike.
Bin lorry drivers are striking today over the long-running dispute over pay and allowances between the city council and GMB union.
Please leave your boxes and bins out for collection today and we will update you more information as soon as we can.

A way around the rubbish problem,!! separate out anything that burns, & burn it in your garden, then when the dustman finally turn up, your rubbish isnt blowing all over the street, cos your bin is still half empty, been doing this now for 2 years, To hell with the GREENS, !!!
