A Brighton man has been charged with harassment after a number of posters were put up on the Moulsecoomb estate.
Terrence Munro, 52, of Goodwood Way, Moulsecoomb, will appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court charged with harassing another man who lives on the estate.
The posters were put up on lamp posts in the Moulsecoomb area.
They are believed to have been homophobic and to have alleged that the neighbour had committed benefit fraud and taken indecent pictures of young people.
Sussex Police said that when Munro appears in court later this month he will also face a charge of using threatening words and behaviour.
