A man was kicked to the floor and robbed in Hove this morning.

As the victim walked south halfway down York Road, one of the men approached him and kicked him to the ground.
The victim shouted loudly and the attacker ran off back towards Lansdowne Road with the victim’s shoulder bag.
At about 11am the stolen bag was found in a garden just west of the junction of Lansdowne Road and York Road.
The victim suffered a sore ankle from being kicked to the floor.
The suspects are described as black men, both wearing dark clothes.
One was 6ft tall, of slim build and aged in his mid twenties.
The other was 6ft 1in tall, of medium build and aged in his late twenties.
Sussex Police asked anyone who saw or knows anything about the robbery to call 0845 6070999 or to contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
Frank, did you write this? Can’t think you did, somehow as I don’t think you would have used the word “floor” in place of “ground”…..
Floors arn’t generally laid out of doors.
I hold my hand up and I’ve changed it.
