Brighton’s Church of Christ the King (CCK) has opened a new site in Clarendon Villas in Hove.
The church began holding services there on Sunday 22 September and has had about 170 people attending each week.
CCK first held services in Clarendon Villas in the late 70s and early 80s when it was known as the Clarendon Church.
The 19th century mission hall in Clarendon Villas has since been used mainly as offices.
It was restored over the summer to be used for services again.
This is the fourth location for the Brighton church, which meets in the Clarendon Centre in New England Street.
It has expanded to two other sites, at Shoreham Academy and Brighton Racecourse, in September 2011 and January 2012.
CCK is the biggest church in the city with nearly 1,000 members and about 1,300 people attending each week across the four sites.
