Regulation 25 Notice

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I, Masam Haidari, do hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to Brighton and Hove City Council for the variation of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as
NAKHL, 48 West Street, Brighton, BN1 2RA, for the following licensable activities/proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises.

The variation being applied for: a change to the floor plan of the premises to include a second-floor terrace within the licensable area and to remove and replace the following condition: “After 24.00 and up until 05.00 the only persons admitted to the premises will be those who are taking substantial refreshments from the food menu, and alcohol will only be served to them as secondary to that food.”

Replace with: “After 24.00 and up until 05.00 persons admitted to the premises will only be served alcohol for consumption while seated at tables, provided food is always available when the premises is open and trading.”

Any person who desires to make a representation to the variation, should send to EHL.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP, no later than 16 January 2025 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brightonhove.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
