A former Brighton College student has been found alive three days after going missing in the outback in Australia.
Sam Woodhead, 18, got lost after going for a run while working as a jackeroo at a cattle station in Queensland.
Rescuers said that the teenager was lucky to be alive. He suffered sunburn and dehydration.
The youngster is a long-distance runner who hopes to train at Sandhurst to be an army officer.
He landed in Australia for a working holiday six weeks ago and has been at the outback station for less than a fortnight.
His family, from Richmond in southwest London, spoke of their relief.
