TO : WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
We the Parochial Church Council of Kemp Town: St Mary do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton and Hove City Council for the grant a premises licence to use of premises known as St Mary’s Church, 61 St James’s Street, Brighton, BN1 2PR, for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises:
Sales and supplies of alcohol at specific events
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send to EHL.safety@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 17 November 2022 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
