Get out your heirlooms – the Antiques Roadshow is coming to Brighton next month.
The Argus’s Hanover correspondent Roy Pennington reports that the popular BBC programme is filming at Brighton College on Thursday 3 June from 9.30am – and as long as you are in the queue by 4.30pm you will see an expert.
The cameras will be set rolling in the public school’s grounds, or in the Great Hall if it rains. No parking is allowed inside the college, and no alternative provision has been made.
Mr Pennington comments: “It is assumed by the college and the BBC that on-street parking and use of public transport will suffice to cope with crowds of visitors getting a free valuation.”
