for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises:

REGULATED ENTERTAINMENT (Recorded Music) 12:00 to 02:00 (Monday to Sunday)

with a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection.
The register and records of fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is currently £5000 [level 5].
