A thug with a face tattoo who was banned from the centre of Brighton for two years was caught by police breaching it within days.
Tobias Denyer, was given the ban by district Judge Tessa Szagun on Monday 21 October.
Police released his mugshot on 31 October – and the same day, he was caught in St James’s Street.
On 23 November, he was given a community order after pleading guilty to the breach.
He also admitted assaulting PC Simmonds and PC Tahir in Eastbourne the same day he was given the banning order and assaulting Rajmina Vegum on 8 October.
The community order passed for all offences requires him to complete 20 days of rehab.
He was also told to pay a victim surcharge of £90.
Toby needs a prison sentence. I met the guy on the streets when I was homeless 4 years ago.
