A drug dealer who was caught with cocaine and cannabis in Brighton has been ordered to wait in prison until he is sentenced later this month.
Eglis Hoxha admitted having drugs with intent to supply after he was arrested for trying to sell cocaine to a woman near the seafront in Brighton.
Hoxha, 19, had 29 grams of cocaine and 22 grams of cannabis when he was caught on Monday (4 March).
Sussex Police said: “A man seen dealing drugs on the streets of Brighton has been committed for sentencing after pleading guilty to two charges.
“Eglis Hoxha, 19, unemployed, of no fixed address, was arrested in Steine Street, Brighton, at 4.19pm on Monday (4 March).
“He was charged with possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A – cocaine – and possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class B – cannabis.
“He was remanded in custody to appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (5 March) where he pleaded guilty to the offence and was committed in custody to Lewes Crown Court for sentencing on (Tuesday) 26 March.”
