A masked robber escaped with cash this morning (Friday 4 January) after threatening staff at a Brighton shop.
Sussex Police said: “Officers are investigating an early morning robbery at a Brighton convenience store.
“At 6am on Friday (4 January) a man entered the NISA Local convenience store at The Highway, Moulsecoomb, Brighton, threatened staff and stole a small quantity of cash from a till.
“No weapon was seen and nobody was hurt.
“The man was described as white, about 5ft 10in, wearing a black mask over his mouth, and a dark navy blue hoody.
“Detectives are investigating and anyone who was in the area at the time and saw anything suspicious is asked to contact Sussex Police online at https://www.sussex.police.uk/contact/af/contact-us/ or call 101, quoting serial 155 of 04/01.”
A CCTV image will be released in 3-months time to assist in identification, after you have forgotten seeing that person in that hoodie!
