Police are looking for Thomas Keatley who is wanted on recall to prison for breaching the terms of his licence.
Keatley, 33, formerly of Brighton Road, Lancing, was released from prison after being jailed in October 2013 for eight years for a range of firearms offences, including possession of a prohibited weapon, attempting to manufacture a prohibited weapon and manufacturing ammunition.
Police then said they believed the gunmaker supplied firearms and ammunition to gangs across London and the Home Counties from his garage in Crawley, where police discovered a homemade gun, hundreds of bullets, equipment used to make ammunition and a USB stick containing internet guides on how to make handguns and automatic machine guns.
Keatley has links to Crawley, Brighton and Worthing. He is white, of heavy build with black hair.
Anyone who has seen Keatley or has any information about him should contact police online or ring 101 quoting serial 710 of 26/09.
