Last year we covered an unusual concert performance by current Tangerine Dream band member at the Green Door Store in Brighton. He has announced that he is to return to the City but in an unusual venue befitting his style of music.

On Friday 22nd March 2019, Schnauss will be performing at none other than St Luke’s Church, which is located in Queens Park Road, Brighton, BN2 9ZB. The imposing building occupies a large corner site on Queen’s Park Road and it was designed in the 1880’s by Sir Arthur Blomfield in the Early English style. It has been given listed building status because of its architectural importance. This is a new venue for us and we will endeavour to pop along and review the night.
As per his last Brighton performance, Schnauss will be accompanied on stage by the Russian professional visual artist Nat Urazmetova and Schnauss will be presenting ‘Now is a Timeless Present’, which is a career-spanning retrospective encompassing key works from the past two decades. The German electronic composer will be selecting fundamental music from his back catalogue, much of which has not been performed live before!
