A missing pensioner from Southwick has been found safe in Hove after a public appeal by Sussex Police this afternoon (Friday 25 May).
The force said this evening: “Missing 77-year-old Elizabeth Smith from Southwick has been found.
“Elizabeth was missing since Thursday evening but was found safe and well in Hove thanks to someone who saw the appeal on social media.”
Earlier police said that they were growing concerned for the pensioner who does not tend to go out without letting someone know.
