A man slashed another man’s face in the Western Road branch of KFC, in Brighton, late on Saturday night (10 February).
Sussex Police said: “We were called to KFC, in Western Road, Brighton, at 10.46pm to reports of a fight on the premises.
“A person sustained a laceration to the side of the face.
“They were taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital at 11.07pm.”
No one has been arrested in connection with the attack, the force said.
Three people were arrested after a man was stabbed at another Brighton branch of KFC last July.
An teenager was stabbed in the attack outside the KFC in London Road, Brighton, on Saturday 22 July.
