A woman from Hove suffered minor injuries in a crash on the A23 when her car collided with another between Brighton and Crawley.
Sussex Police said: “Police are appealing for witnesses after an Audi TT collided with another vehicle and overturned on the A23 at Handcross.
“The dark grey Audi was northbound on the dual carriageway at 11am on Saturday (20 January) when it was in collision with a black Kia Picanto about 300 yards north of the junction with the A2114.
“A 36-year-old man from South Croydon sustained a serious hand injury requiring surgery at St George’s Hospital in London.
“A 31-year-old man from Thornton Heath suffered slight hand injuries and was taken to the East Surrey Hospital at Redhill for treatment.
“The driver of the Kia, a 44-year-old woman from Hove, suffered minor injuries, but was not taken to hospital.
“Police want to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or who may have seen the Audi in the Brighton area or on the A23 on Saturday morning and, in particular, the manner in which it was being driven.
