Police are appealing for help tracing the driver of a red car after a man was hit in Hove.
The incident happened in Hangleton Lane, close to Hangleton Valley Drive.
Sussex Police said this morning (Wednesday 20 December): “Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision between a pedestrian and a car in Hangleton.
“The pedestrian, a man in his forties, suffered minor injuries in the incident that occurred in Hangleton Lane at 1.13pm on Monday (18 December).”
Police Constable Andrew Green said: “We would like to speak to the driver of a red vehicle who may have been involved in the incident.
“We are also appealing for anyone with dash cam footage of the incident to report it to us immediately.”
Sussex Police added: “You can report information online or by calling 101 quoting reference 624 of 19/12.”
