A man was treated in hospital after a knifepoint robbery in Hove when he was attacked by four people in hoods or balaclavas.
Sussex Police said: “Police are appealing for witnesses after a man suffered multiple injuries following a knifepoint robbery in Hove.
“The victim, an 18-year-old man from Hove, was walking home along Davigdor Road when he was attacked by around four people between 3.30am and 4.15am on Wednesday (13 December).
“The victim suffered an injury to his left hand, which required hospital treatment, and cuts and bruises to his face, legs and ribs.”
Detective Constable Duncan Lloyd said: “We are seeking witnesses to this incident as the victim was unable to describe the suspects due to them wearing hoods or balaclavas.”

The force said: “Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to report online or call 101 quoting serial 165 of 13/12.
