A missing 15-year-old girl has been found safe and well in Brighton, Sussex Police said this afternoon (Monday 4 September).
The force said: “Fifteen-year-old Yasmina Atir, who was reported missing from Lancing last Monday (28 August), has been found safe and well in Brighton.”
It was thought that she and a friend from Brighton had gone to the Notting Hill Carnival in London on bank holiday Monday and then back to Brighton.
The other 15-year-old was found safe and well and returned home in the early hours of Friday (1 September), Sussex Police said.
