Two men have been stabbed outside Churchill Square Shopping Centre, in Brighton, this afternoon (Monday 12 June).
Both men suffered puncture wounds which were not believed to be life-threatening.
They were taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital, in Brighton, for treatment.
They were stabbed in a fight outside JD Sports at about 4.30pm.
Officers from Sussex Police arrested five men on suspicion of assault causing grievous bodily harm (GBH).
A knife was recovered at the scene.
The incident was not terrorism related, police said.
