Firefighters turned out to deal with flooding at a property in Brighton this morning (Tuesday 6 December).
East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said: “At 6.57am Preston Circus firefighters were sent to St Martin’s Place, Brighton.
“There were reports of flooding affecting electrics. The water and electricity supplies were isolated by crews and advice given to the occupant.”
Yesterday evening (Monday 5 December) a fire engine from Preston Circus was sent to help after two cars crashed on the southbound A23 at Patcham.
The fire service said: “They made the vehicles and the area safe and left the incident with the police.”
Shortly after 2am yesterday a fire crew from Hove put out a small fire which had been started deliberately in Old Shoreham Road, Hove.
