Albion kicked off their pre-season campaign with a comfortable win at League 2 Crawley.
Albion, sporting their new black away kit, were put in front by Beram Kayal. Not long after, fellow Isreali Tomer Hemed doubled the Seagulls’ lead.
Glenn Murray entered the fray at the start of the second half and within three minutes continued where he left off on 2011 as he put Albion 3-0 ahead.
Out of favour Elvis Manu enhanced his chance of playing his way into Chris Hughton’s plans as he bagged Albion’s fourth.
Jake Forster-Caskey who is wanted by Rotherham was not in the 22-man squad.
