Brighton and Hove Albion are expected to have a quiet last day of the loan market. The window closes at 5pm today (Thursday 24 March).
The Seagulls have reportedly been interested in taking former Albion striker Glenn Murray on loan from Bournemouth for the rest of the season, including any potential play-off fixtures.
Bournemouth, especially manager Eddie Howe, have been reluctant to let Murray leave Dorset so far. Crucially, however, the striker hasn’t featured in the Cherries’ last two match-day squads.
Bournemouth are not mathematically safe from relegation. But given that Norwich City still face Newcastle United and Sunderland, ten points from their final seven games should enable the Cherries to stay up.
Danny Holla and Christian Walton are two Seagulls players who could be open to a loan move away from the Amex.
