Police have issued a fresh appeal for help to find Portslade teenager Clara Collins who went missing more than a fortnight ago.
Sussex Police said this afternoon (Tuesday 1 March): “Clara, 16, went missing from an address in Saltdean on Friday (12 February) to go and see a friend.
“Since the initial police appeal Clara has been in touch with friends and officers but has so far not told anyone where she is. She is known to frequent Brighton, Worthing and Crawley.”
Detective Inspector Ian Still said: “Clara has now been missing for nearly three weeks which is out of character for her and we are growing increasingly concerned for her wellbeing.
“Clara is described as black, 5ft 2in and of slim build with straight shoulder-length black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing leggings, a white jumper and dark jacket.”
“We would urge anyone who sees her or knows of her whereabouts to email 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk or call 101.”
