A Brighton man has been charged with having a class A drug with intent to supply after a large quantity of heroin was seized.
Chance Wadey, 26, of Marlborough Place, Brighton, appeared before Brighton Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Wednesday 30 September).
He was remanded in custody until Thursday 22 October at Hove Crown Court.
A search under the Misuse of Drugs Act was executed by Sussex Police at a flat in Marlborough Place on Monday (28 September) and 3kg of heroin and cash were discovered.
A 35-year-old Brighton man was also arrested on suspicion of having a class A drug with intent to supply. He has been bailed until Monday 14 December.
