Albion have no injury worries ahead of Saturday’s match at home to Hull City.
Boss Chris Hughton certainly has some selection headaches to overcome as the Seagulls look to consolidate top spot.
Brighton and Hove News reminded The Albion manager of a young Brighton lad who has recently featured in Hull’s match day squad.
Greg Luer born in Brighton in 1994, never really appeared on Albion’s radar, but put in some impressive performances for both Whitehawk and Burgess Hill. Before being snapped up by Hull in 2014.
The forward has featured in the Tigers matchday squads in The Championship this season and @bhcitynews asked the Seagulls boss what it might mean to the young Brightonian to turn out against the Albion on Saturday
Hughton replied ” it’s always a wonderful story when someone comes from non- league or a lower level to have the opportunity to play at the level he’s now at. If he gets the oppurtunity to play some part against us then that’s somthing he’ll really enjoy and his family will , but the most important thing will be that he is playing at the level he is now. I think that really is the thing here ”
