A man has denied murdering the Brighton University student whose body was found in the boot of a burning car.
Christopher Jeffrey-Shaw, 26, from Lakeside, in Beckenham, south London, pleaded not guilty to the murder of Janet Muller when he appeared by video at Guildfrod Crown Court yesterday (Friday 28 August).

Miss Muller went missing from Mill View Hospital, in Hangleton, on the night of Thursday 12 March.
Her body was found in the boot of a burning Volkswagen Jetta car the next afternoon in Rusper Road, close to the Ifield Golf and Country Club, Crawley.
The car had been set on fire while the 21-year-old German student was still alive.
Post-mortem tests found that she died of breathing in smoke.
Jeffrey-Shaw is due to stand trial on Monday 15 February, with a case management hearing scheduled for Friday 6 November. He was remanded in custody.
