Albion chief executive Paul Barber told Brighton and Hove News this lunchtime that the Football League had sanctioned a period of silence to remember the victims of the Shoreham airshow disaster.
The players will also wear black armbands in tomorrow night’s fixture.
Albion employee Matt Grimstone and Albion REMF (Robert Eaton Memorial Fund) player Jacob Schilt were killed in Saturday’s tragedy and an emotional Barber paid tribute to both young men.
Barber went on to say that the Football League was considering a nationwide tribute during this Saturday’s fixtures.
