The accident, just south of junction 5 of the M3, happened just after 7.40am on Saturday (15 August).
Hampshire Constabulary said that no other vehicles were believed to have been involved in the accident and that no one else was hurt.
Mr Ansell was taken to Frimley Park Hospital, where he later died.
