A woman was treated by paramedics after a lorry and car crashed in Brighton yesterday (Wednesday 1 July).
East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said that crews were called to reports of a crash in Brighton.
The fire service said: “Two fire engines from Roedean and Preston Circus and one officer were mobilised to the incident in Queen’s Park Rise at 4.19pm.
“On arrival they found there to be an RTC (road traffic collision) involving a lorry and car.
“One female casualty was taken into the care of South East Coast Ambulance.
“Crews made the area and vehicles safe before leaving the scene at 4.40pm.”
