The chief executive of the i360 is stepping out in a Strictly Come Dancing style competition this evening (Saturday 20 June) to raise money for one of Brighton’s favourite charities.
Eleanor Harris, who runs the seafront attraction which is currently under construction, is taking to the dance floor at the Rockinghorse Mid Summer Ball.
She will be joined by Barry Carden, of Cardens, the Hove accountants, and radio presenters Tom Evans and Nicola Hume, from the Heart Sussex Breakfast Show.
About 500 guests are expected at the Rockinghorse ball, at the Hilton Brighton Metropole. The event is a key fundraiser for the sick children’s charity and for the DM Thomas Foundation for Young People.
The theme this year is the Great Gatsby and the dancers will be performing a Charleston with the help of professionals in front of judges who include former Strictly contestant Zoe Ball.
