Husband and wife team Tom Druitt and Alex Phillips have been elected in Regency ward. Alex Phillips represented Goldsmid ward previously.
Councillor Druitt, who run the Big Lemon bus company, promised that the Green couple would work tirelessly for the residents of their ward.
The ward was previously represented by a husband and wife Green team – former council leader Jason Kitcat and his wife Ania.

The turnout in the ward was 61.91 per cent, below the 68.28 per cent across Brighton and Hove. Some 27 ballot papers were rejected.
