Brighton and Hove Citizens Advice Bureau is moving out of Hove Town Hall while building work takes place there.
The CAB said that phone services only would be available tomorrow (Monday 27 April), Tuesday (28 April), Thursday 7 May and Friday 8 May.
It added that no services would be available from Wednesday (29 April) to Wednesday 6 May.
From Monday 11 May the CAB said that services would be available from Monday to Friday 8.45am to 10.45am from the Brighton and Hove City Council Customer Service Centre at Bartholomew House, Brighton, or by phone on 01273 223951.

Brighton and Hove Citizens Advice has been providing a service in the area since 1939 – and in 2014-15 its staff and volunteers helped more than 7,300 people with 15,800 problems.
