A Brighton estate agent has promised to donate 5 per cent of the fee from every sale this year to the Sussex Beacon.
Bosses at the Queen’s Road branch of Your Move made the pledge on setting up a new sales team to work alongside the existing lettings staff.
The money that they give will enable the Sussex Beacon to provide specialist care and support for men, women and families affected by HIV and AIDS.
The estate agent is holding an introductory event at its offices from 1pm to 7pm on Wednesday (1 April). Drinks and light refreshments will be available at the informal event.
The company said that anyone placing new instructions from Wednesday until Tuesday 30 June would pay a promotional fee of just 0.75 per cent plus VAT.
