Four teenagers have been arrested after a car was stolen in Brighton on Saturday night (March 21).
The Mercedes was stolen from Osborne Road, Brighton. It was located being driven in Hastings the next night (Sunday 22 March).
When officers from Sussex Police tried to stop the car, before it drove away from them the young driver crashed into a car in St Helen’s Road.
The 50-year-old woman driving the other car was not hurt.
Four teenagers were arrested on suspicion of aggravated vehicle taking.
A 17-year-old boy from Brighton, a 17-year-old boy from Hove and a 19-year-old man from Brighton have all been bailed until Sunday 19 April while investigations continue.
A 17-year-old girl from Kent remains in custody.
