A critically injured man was taken to hospital after he fell from a cliff top in Brighton today (Wednesday 25 February).
Sussex Police said that the man was alive but had suffered life-threatening injuries in the fall which happened in Rottingdean.
Members of the coastguard, police and ambulance services were called to the Undercliff Walk in Rottingdean. The Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance and the Maritime and Coastguard Agency helicopters also turned out.
The man was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Kemp Town.
